Error running always on tasks

If a run file directly from file, everything works fine

if i run it with always-on task, i get the connecting external db authentication error

why it could be so?

By "running directly from file" you mean running on PythonAnywhere, right? How do you authenticate the connection? Is that possible that there are some path/environment variables issues?

yes, i mean running file with Run button on the top

i don't use any virtual envs
