EU Postgres server slower than usual ?

Hi all, I'm surprisingly having very slow responses from my EU Postgres server. I don't think I've changed anything to make things slower than before. It used to be great. Thanks

Our Postgres systems aren't showing any signs of excessive load right now; is it possible that it's just that the amount of data has changed over time so that queries that used to be fast are now slower?
