I've followed the tutorial at (https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/Cloudflare/) but I'm getting many issues. The response headers in my browser still say Server:pythonanywhere not cloudflare. Also the SSL certificate doesn't seem to be working.

One problem I have seen is that the domain propagation still seems to have some of the nameservers pointing to Hostinger not cloudflare. Is the issue simply that I have to wait or can I fix it now?

Also I have turned off universal SSL on cloudflare and installed a custom origin certificate for my web app, but would it be easier to just use universal SSL instead?

Right now it looks like the DNS for your domain is still pointing at our servers rather than to Cloudflare's. When did you change the nameservers? As you say, it can take some time for those to propagate.
