I have created a CNAME record in my Google Domain control panel as directed by the docs. I did this yesterday but when i go to my site it says "This site cannot be reached"
However, in my domain control panel, it shows that I have custom DNS setup with a screenshot of the Python Anywhere coming soon page.
I have cleared browser cache just in case it was that. Any ideas?

It does not look like your domain is pointing to your PythonAnywhere web app. How does your DNS configuration look like? What instructions are you following?

It looks like your web app is set for the naked domain, but your configuration is for the www subdomain. See https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/NakedDomains/
