I'm new to PA, and I want to be able to push my changes to GitHub and get PA to automatically detect that push and pull in the changes then do a complete reload to the server to apply the change live.

Also I would really like to achieve this using a basic free account on PA not a paid one.

You can probably think about doing it with github actions, but I do not see any easy way to do it on a free account. Take a look at https://blog.pythonanywhere.com/191/
