Hello, im trying to connect to WinSCP.

I have a paid plan on the EU servers.

I have used my username (buildingARealWebsite) and not email as username and the password i use when logging in to pythonanywhere.

Can anyone help me figure out what ive done wrong?

What was the server name SSH server hostname that you used? Are you able to SSH your account from a terminal?

It works now! I think I have used the wrong password or username.

I think my ip have been blocked for around an hour, which ive read other users have experienced too when they tried logging in too many times with a wrong password.

Ah yes -- that could well have been the problem!
