Email change not reflected in billing email

I update the email on the account a while ago, but the monthly invoice was sent to the old email yesterday.

I have requested again using the "update and send confirmation email" button, but no email arrives (it is not in the junk folders etc). What's next?

EDIT: The update email link was slow to arrive, but it has arrived now and I have activated the correct email (again). This still doesnt explain why the invoice went to the old email.

FURTHER EDIT: and when I updated the credit card details just now, the email from eusupport@pythonanywhere.com was still send to the old email address

That looks like a bug on our side; I've updated the billing email address for your account now.
