https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/Postgres/ mentions the "Customize your plan" button. Where can i find that button to see what my current plan is and customize it?

As you switched to annual subscription which involves manual payments, you will not be able to customize your plan via the UI -- please contact us at support@pythonanywhere.com with your upgrade request and we'll send you a pro-rated invoice.
