As far as I know, the scheduled tasks run 12 hours, but not strictly 720 mins, they might run a little bit over that limit. Taking this into account, what is max duration of a scheduled task?

It could run for as long as 13 hours with our current configuration; the system that checks for tasks that have been running for more than 12 hours (for paid accounts -- it's 2 hours for free ones) runs once an hour. That period might change in the future, though.
