Change of my static file not appears on website.

I have changed my static file two day ago but no change on the website yet, where could be a problem? When I change other file then change appears immediately.

In bash console I have used in my venv also python manage.py collectstatic.

When I checked on my mobile it already appears but on laptop not.

Check your browser's developer tools to see what is happening with the requests for the static files on your laptop.

Thank you, I gave Disable cache in Network and now it is ok.
