My cpu 4000 seconds allocation didnt roll at the usual time today and now showing in excess of that usage, though no tarpit flag yet. Is there an issue with resetting cpu allowance, I wouldn't want the always on task to be throttled?

It has now reset at noon instead of 8am
The service responsible for resetting CPU has failed and we needed to restart it. Let us know if you want us to move the reset time back to 8am UTC.
