I would like to test my flask application @home with a docker container which should replicate most of pythonanywheres features and optimizations. Is there already an existing or do I need to create my own? If last, how can I start with that?

That's not really something we are going to help with. PythonAnywhere represents a lot of time and effort to create and we're not going to give that away for nothing. Also, large parts of what we are doing simply will not translate to docker.
