I moved from www.pythonanywhere.com to eu.pythonanywhere.com and I would like to ask the actual uptime of both sites. I have a free plan and I'm curious if the european session is usually better or not, since my previous sessions lasted, on average, 2-3 days.

More precisely, bash consoles. It happens that they go down every 2-3 days, on average, if based on the US servers.
We have to restart console servers to manage the service. In general, that is based on how heavily they are used and the US site is significantly more heavily used than the EU site.
